Privacy policy

Wet Months does not collect any data. What you enter stays on the phone you entered it on, encrypted. We run no server for the app, it has no sign-in, and it contains no analytics or advertising code.

1. Who we are

Wet Months is published on Google Play by Werner Holdings LLC. For this policy, Werner Holdings LLC is the data controller. Write to contact@wernerholdingsllc.site with any question about it.

2. Information the app handles

Wet Months plans rainwater storage, so what you put into it is about a roof and a tank: a name for each site, the roof area and surface, the tank size, how much water you use, twelve months of average rainfall, and the tank levels you read off a gauge, with the dates you read them and any note you add.

None of this is about a person, and all of it stays on your phone. We never receive it.

3. Information we collect

None. We receive nothing from the app: no usage statistics, no crash reports, no device identifiers, no location, no contacts.

4. How the information is used

The app uses what you enter to simulate a typical year of water in your tank, show which days it would run short, compare tank sizes, and estimate how long the water you have now will last. Every one of those calculations runs on the phone.

5. Sharing

We share nothing, since we hold nothing. A file leaves the phone only when you export a backup or a CSV yourself, and it goes wherever you choose to save or send it.

6. Security

Records are stored in an encrypted database (Hive with AES-256). The encryption key is created on the phone and kept in Android's secure key storage through flutter_secure_storage. The app also turns off Android cloud backup, so the encrypted records are never copied anywhere without their key.

7. How long data is kept

Until you delete it. You can delete a site or a single reading at any time, sites go to a trash you can empty, and Settings has a Clear all data option that removes everything at once. Uninstalling the app also removes all of it. We keep no copy, so there is nothing to ask us to delete.

8. Accounts

Wet Months has no accounts, no passwords and no user identifiers.

9. Children

The app is a planning tool for adults who manage a water supply. It is not aimed at children under 13 and collects nothing from anyone.

10. Your rights

Access, correction, deletion and portability rights apply to data a company holds about you. We hold none. On the phone you can view, edit and delete every record, and export a complete copy as JSON or CSV from Settings.

11. Third parties

The app includes no third-party services. Google Play distributes it under Google's own privacy policy, which covers the download and not anything the app does afterwards.

12. Permissions

Wet Months asks for one Android permission, INTERNET. It is used only to show this page when you open Settings and tap Privacy policy. The app cannot read your location, camera, microphone, contacts, files or accounts.

13. Data safety on Google Play

The listing declares that no data is collected and no data is shared. Data is encrypted on the device and can be deleted from inside the app.

14. Changes to this policy

A revised policy is published at this same address with a new date at the top.

15. Contact and legal

Questions go to contact@wernerholdingsllc.site. Werner Holdings LLC is the data controller, with no joint controller and no processor, because no personal data is processed off the phone.

GDPR. We do not process personal data within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation, so there are no transfers, no lawful basis to state and nothing to report to a supervisory authority.

CCPA and CPRA. We do not collect, sell or share personal information and have not done so in the last twelve months. There is nothing to opt out of.
